Electronic trading major Interactive Brokers has just published the latest set of release notes concerning its Client Portal.
The latest additions include access to the IBKR Forum.
IBKR Forum is a community forum that assists with answering questions about Interactive Brokers’ products and services.
IBKR Forum offers a fast way to get answers, share ideas, post articles and compare notes about IBKR platforms and services with other users around the world. The moderators will help you drill quickly into what you need to know, and share ideas in group discussions that sharpen your investment know-how and help you build valuable relationships.
Please note, this feature is only available to IB LLC clients at this time.
To navigate to this tool:
- Click the Education Tab > IBKR Forum
- Read the IBKR Forum Disclosure and click I agree.
- Provide your Signature and click Continue.
- The IBKR Forum will populate on your screen.
Create a Post
- Click a discussion group from the left hand side.
- Select the Add Post button at the top of the page.
- Alternatively, select the blue + button in the top right corner.
Join a Discussion Group
- Click a discussion group from the left hand side.
- Select the Join button at the top of the page.
- Click the bell icon to the right of Join to receive notifications for this discussion group.
View Notifications
- Select the Bell icon in the top right corner of the page.
