NEW DELHI: Shares of Oracle, Rane Eng Valve, Vertoz Advertising, Majesco L(PP)and PNB Housing, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:01AM(IST)on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 106.25 points to 21465.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Digidrive Distributo, Flair Writing Indust, Inox India, Muthoot Microfin and Tata Technologies, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 15 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 35 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, BPCL, Sun Pharma and Tata Motors were among top gainers, while LTIMindtree, Asian Paints, NTPC, HDFC Bank and Adani Ent. traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 275.55 points down at 71225.21 at 11:01AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Learning & Education, Petrochemicals and Tyres sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Logistics, Defence, Building Materials and Apparels sectors.
