CommEX today announced that it will start the off-board process. The decision is blamed on strategic adjustments.
The CommEX platform will begin to suspend part of services start from March 25, 2024, and will shut down all website access on May 10, 2024.
“Dear Users,
We regret to inform our platform’s users that due to strategic planning adjustments, CommEX platform has decided to begin suspending some services starting from 25 March 2024, and will completely shut down the official website on 10 May 2024. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Starting from March 25, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, CommEX will cease new user registrations and Asset Transfer from Binance, while also discontinuing fiat & cryptocurrency deposit services.
2. Starting from March 28, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, CommEX will cease the opening of positions for Simple Futures & Futures Trading. Users will only be able to close positions and will not be able to open new ones.
3. Starting from April 2, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, P2P services will prohibit merchants from creating new advertisements, and users will be unable to create new orders.
4. Starting from April 5, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, the system will automatically close existing P2P orders and advertisement services.
5. Starting from April 18, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, all trading pairs for Simple Futures & Futures Trading will be delisted for settlement. Users are advised to close all unclosed positions before delisting to avoid automatic settlements by the system.
6. Starting from April 23, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0, the spot market will be closed, and users will be unable to place orders. The system will automatically cancel all spot orders, and the Convert functionality will be disabled.
7. On May 10, 2024, the platform will proceed to delist the official website, and users will be unable to access any content related to CommEX.
Important:
1. For users who still have asset balances on CommEX after May 10, 2024, asset management fees will be imposed:The fee for account asset management is 1% of the snapshot assets per day start from May 10, 2024, at 10:00 UTC+0,.
2. We advise users to promptly close positions, withdraw assets, and manage their assets on the platform. Additionally, please prioritize the security of your funds. Any requests for withdrawals via phone calls, text messages, or emails are fraudulent. Do not provide your personal account information, SMS verification codes, or other important information to strangers or third parties.
3. After the platform is delisted, if users encounter issues such as asset withdrawals, users can contact support@commex.com via email for further assistance”.
