The name change of Cornerstone FS plc to Finseta plc has become effective, the company announced today.
Trading in Finseta’s ordinary shares on AIM under the new company name and the new TIDM of ‘FIN’ is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. today, 20 May 2024. The ISIN (GB00BNG7CD28) and SEDOL (BNG7CD2) of the company’s ordinary shares will remain unchanged.
In order to reflect its new name, the Company’s investor relations website address (including the information required by AIM Rule 26) has been changed to https://investors.finseta.com/.
Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Finseta plc.
In recognition of the substantial strategic progress that the Group has made and the development of its business – with a fundamentally expanded offer, capabilities and geographic footprint – the Group decided to adopt a new name. The Group wanted a name that better aligned its brand identity with its mission, values and the comprehensive range of services it provides. In particular, the Group needed a unique name that reflected its differentiated offer.
Accordingly, the Group underwent a renaming process that culminated in the adoption of ‘Finseta‘, and the Group has begun operating under the new name.
