Effective immediately, Cboe Options Exchange (C1) has added two additional 10G switches to the NY5 datacenter customer access layer as part of ongoing switch hardware upgrades in the C1 environment.
Two new 10G L3 switches are now available on the existing NY5 customer access layer to increase port capacity in NY5. The new switches are identical to the existing customer access layer switches (Arista DCS-7050SX3-48YC12) and are available with the following MAC addresses:
- 985D.82AL.3BFF
- 7483.EF79.680E
NY5 C1 Options customers with more than four cross connects may wish to have their connections rebalanced across all six customer access switches. Ethernet ports on the new switches will be assigned randomly.
