UBS Group AG has completed the transition to a single U.S. intermediate holding company on 7 June 2024, as planned and previously communicated.
This marks a further important milestone on UBS’s integration journey.
As UBS continues to execute the integration of Credit Suisse at pace, it expects that the merger of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG and UBS Switzerland AG could happen as early as of 1 July 2024, subject to remaining regulatory approvals.
