Mahindra Finance announced that Vivek Karve, the Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation from the company to pursue personal, social, and professional interests beyond full-time employment.
Karve joined Mahindra Finance as its CFO in 2020. He has agreed to remain in his role beyond his notice period until the declaration of financial results for the second quarter of FY25 on October 31, 2024.
Commenting on the CFO’s resignation, Raul Rebello, Managing Director & CEO, said, “We express our appreciation for Vivek’s contributions over the last four years with Mahindra Finance. During this time, our company has navigated challenging periods and achieved significant milestones.”
The Mumbai-based NBFC is in the process of finding a suitable candidate for the CFO position, and an announcement will be made in due course, according to a press release by Mahindra Finance.
