Electronic trading major IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) has been notified that Breon Corcoran, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has stepped down as Chair and Non-Executive Director of Auction Technology Group plc with effect from 9 August 2024.
Mr Corcoran has been the Chairman at Auction Technology Group since 2020.
IG confirmed the appointment of Breon Corcoran as its CEO in January 2024.
He held the position of CEO at Zepz from 2018 to 2022. Prior to Zepz, he was CEO at Paddy Power Betfair, where he led the merger of Betfair and Paddy Power in 2016.
Mr Corcoran’s career begun as Vice-President in Equity Derivative Trading at J.P Morgan. He has also worked at Bankers Trust.
Breon Corcoran holds a BA in Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin, and an MBA from INSEAD.
