Experienced FX and CFDs industry executive Chris Demetriou has announced that he has accepted a new position, as Head of Client Management in the Retail Brokerage arm of London based commodities trading house Onyx Capital Group.
Chris Demetriou spent the past year as a Premium Client Manager at CMC Markets. From 2021-2023 he served as Head of UK Sales at Capital.com. He has also previously worked at XTB UK, and at ATA Research,
Onyx Capital Group bills itself as the Number 1 Liquidity Provider in Oil Derivatives. The company is run and co-owned by CEO Greg Newman, and CIO Omar Kayaam. In 2023 Onyx did £207 million in Revenue, turning a profit of more than £60 million.
