FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that experienced FX and CFDs industry marketing executive Themis Christou has launched a new Cyprus-based venture called Uveler Marketing (website uveler.marketing).
Uveler is an outsourced marketing shop, providing everything from web development and design to mobile apps, PPC advertising, social marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and more. Uveler will allow its clients to access a full marketing department for all marketing related needs, in one simple monthly subscription. The company will be working with companies in Retail FX and CFDs sector (e.g. Orbex), as well as other services and product based businesses.
Themis Christou served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of prop trading firm The Trading Pit for the past two years, before leaving earlier this year. He was previously Group Head Of Marketing at FX/CFD broker M4Markets, joining with several senior Tickmill employees who left in late 2020 / early 2021 to help establish M4Markets as a new online brokerage brand.
Themis’ co-founder at Uveler is Antonis Marcou, from outside the FX industry. Antonis has worked in sales and business development roles for entities such as the Limassol Marina, and Century 21. Uveler’s CMO will be Themis’ former The Trading Pit marketing colleague, Periklis Hanna.
