London Stock Exchange has informed customers of its intention to cease the publication of FTSE Indices data via the London Stock Exchange Group Ticker Plant (GTP).
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) currently makes available a subset of FTSE Indices to customers that subscribe to GTP channel “O”.
The provision of FTSE Indices data on GTP is a legacy service. The service only covers a subset of FTSE indices and data is published during GTP hours of operation. As part of LSE’s commitment to ensure that its customers have access to the most complete and resilient data services available, the Exchange has taken the decision to rationalise its data offerings.
Effective from Monday 13 January 2025, FTSE Indices data will no longer be published on GTP.
Customers that require continued access to FTSE Indices data will need to subscribe to an alternative source of data, either directly from FTSE or via a market data vendor.
