4) Neglecting relationships

When we take care of ourselves, we’re better equipped to handle life’s challenges and take care of others.

6) Holding on to grudges

Holding on to grudges and resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to suffer. The only person it truly hurts is you.

Grudges can rob you of peace of mind and happiness. They keep you stuck in the past, preventing you from fully enjoying the present.

Letting go of grudges doesn’t mean forgetting or condoning what the other person did.

It means choosing to free yourself from the burden of resentment and making space for more positive emotions.

7) Refusing to embrace change

However, resisting change only leads to stress and unhappiness.
