GMO Internet Group, Inc. today announced that it will receive a dividend from the surplus from its consolidated subsidiary, GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.
The amount of the dividend is JPY 3,865 million. The scheduled date of receipt is December 17, 2024.
Upon receipt of the dividend, GMO Internet will record dividend income as non-operating income in its non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. As the dividend will be from a consolidated subsidiary, there will be no impact on the consolidated business performance.
