FNG has learned that newly formed Retail FX and CFDs broker Tauro Markets has promoted Marc Suárez to the position of Head of Marketing.
Marc Suárez is an experienced marketing executive, who joined Tauro Markets back in October as Marketing Manager, as was exclusively reported at the time here at FNG. Marc, who is based out of Madrid, joined Tauro Markets from BDSwiss where he worked since 2021, also serving as Marketing Manager. Marc Suárez originally joined BDSwiss as Marketing Manager LATAM, having previously worked in a variety of marketing and sales roles outside the FX industry.
Tauro Markets, managed mainly from Cyprus and Dubai, was launched last year by former BDSwiss CEO Alexander Oelfke, who acts as CEO of Tauro, with financial backing from Kuwait based investor JM Financial and its CEO David Dubrulle. Tauro is beginning life as an offshore (Saint Vincent & The Grenadines domiciled) CFDs broker. The company has also brought on board former Tickmill BizDev head Carla Nemr as Chief Commercial Officer, and former BDSwiss Head Of Client Experience Liam Murphy as COO.
