The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced today the imposition of a fine of €20,000 on Cyprus investment firm (CIF) Pruden Ventures Capital Ltd.

The regulatory decision was made at meetings of the CySEC Board held on November 4, 2024 and December 2, 2024.

The fine stems from the firm’s violation of section 22(1) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 (‘the Law’), as the firm did not comply at all times with the authorisation condition set out in section 17(6) of the Law, regarding record-keeping.

The firm was previously known as QBF Investment Ltd and Constance Investment Ltd. It operates via two approved domains: www.constanceinvestment.com and www.constancei.com.
