StreaksAI PLC (LON:STK), a UK-based generative AI platform, today announced an investment of £250,000 into Roundhouse Media Pte Ltd, a non-fungible token-focused media studio based in Singapore.
Roundhouse is developing further products in the cryptocurrency, meme coin and AI Agent space.
The Board believes these are growing areas and the investment has the potential to enhance returns to its shareholders.
Following the investment, StreaksAI will hold 14.68% of Roundhouse.
SteaksAI’s Investment into Roundhouse constitutes a related party transaction as Mike Edwards is a director of the company and of Roundhouse.
StreaksAI’s directors (other than Mike Edwards) confirm that the investment is fair and reasonable from the perspective of StreaksAI and its shareholders.
