The Board of CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) today appointed Sarah Ing as Senior Independent Director.
Her appointment is with effect from 1 September 2025.
Sarah Ing joined the Group as a Non-Executive Director in September 2017. She has over 30 years’ experience in accountancy, investment banking and fund management, including time with HSBC and UBS. She is a chartered accountant and was a top-rated equity research analyst covering the general financials sector.
Sarah Ing also founded and ran a hedge fund investment management business.
