London based Retail FX and CFDs broker ActivTrades has announced two senior appointments, promoting internally two Sofia, Bulgaria based executives to C-Suite level positions.
ActivTrades’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is Danislav Gurbalov. Danislav Gurbalov has been with ActivTrades for four years, joining initially as Marketing Project Manager before being named Head of Marketing Operations earlier this year. Prior to his time at ActivTrades he spent nine years as a Marketing Manager and Copy Consultant via Upwork.
And ActivTrades also promoted Nedko Geshev to the position of Chief Communications Officer. Nedko joined ActivTrades in 2022 in the marketing department, and was named Head of Marketing Communications in early 2025.
The moves come after Matteo Paganini, hired as Chief Commercial Officer at ActivTrades, left the company earlier this year.
ActivTrades Plc is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and has licensed subsidiaries in several other jurisdictions. ActivTrades is controlled by its longtime CEO, Swiss national and Monaco resident Alex Pusco.
