Arcade integrates ElevenLabs to offer AI-driven voiceovers, doubling usage and enriching customer experiences with multilingual support.





Arcade, a platform known for its easy-to-build interactive demos, has significantly enhanced its offerings by integrating ElevenLabs’ AI voice technology. This collaboration has allowed users to create module software demos with AI voiceovers in mere minutes, according to ElevenLabs.

Effortlessly Beautiful Demos

Creating interactive product demos has traditionally been a challenging task, often requiring extensive engineering resources that many marketing, sales, and product teams lack. Some companies have resorted to recorded demos, but these can quickly become outdated and are difficult to produce. Arcade addresses this issue by enabling the creation of on-brand, interactive demos in as little as six minutes through their Chrome Extension or Desktop app, without the need for any coding. Marketers can publish and update demos independently, eliminating the need for continuous engineering support.

Integrating Automated Voiceovers

Many customers expressed a desire to include voiceovers in their product demos to provide additional context for potential buyers. Initially, Arcade experimented with an alternative AI voice solution, but customer feedback indicated that the voices lacked naturalness and the necessary variety in languages and accents. In May, Arcade switched to ElevenLabs, seeking a more human-like, emotionally rich text-to-speech solution. Since the integration, AI voiceover usage has doubled, quickly becoming one of the platform’s most popular features. Brian Ragone, CEO of Puzzle, highlighted the feature’s impact, stating, “The big differentiator is Arcade’s voiceover feature, where you can write in a script and get an AI-generated voice (yes, even with a British accent) to give crystal clear instructions to merge visual and audial directions throughout your product demo.”

Going Multilingual

After achieving success with English voiceovers, Arcade expanded its capabilities to support 29 languages. This expansion allows customers to optimize conversions by localizing content for global audiences. The ability to provide demos in multiple languages ensures that companies can reach a broader audience and cater to the specific needs of different regions.
