Argentex Group plc announced today that Singer Capital Markets has resigned as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with effect from 31 July 2025.
Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the company’s securities will be cancelled on AIM. Argentex’s shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
On July 24, 2025, Argentex announced the appointment of Administrators to Argentex Group PLC on 24 July 2025. Daniel Conway, Anthony Wright and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed as Joint Administrators.
This happened after the appointment of Special Administrators to Argentex LLP on 21 July 2025.
