L&T Finance is expected to see a block deal where Bain Capital and other funds will likely sell their shares worth Rs 1,530 crore. The block deal could happen at a discount of 1% to the current market price of the shares and BNP Paribas could be the broker to the deal.
The news was reported by moneycontrol.com citing CNBC-Awaaz. Meanwhile, CNBC TV18 on its official X handle tweeted that Bain Capital will likely sell 88.2 million shares of the company at a floor price at Rs 169.17 apiece.
