Mumbai: Capital Small Finance Bank has filed its draft red herring prospectus with Sebi for an initial public offering (IPO). The issue comprises fresh shares aggregating up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of up to 24.13 lakh shares from the existing shareholders.
The bank proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue to augment the bank’s Tier-I capital base. The proceeds from the fresh issue will also be used towards meeting the expenses in relation to the offer.
Nuvama Wealth Management, DAM Capital Advisors, and Equirus Capital are the book-running lead managers of the issue.
