Cboe Silexx, a multi-asset order execution management system (OEMS) that caters to the professional marketplace, has announced a series of enhancements as part of version 25.7.
- FLEX Ticket | Support for Listed Options Legs in FLEX Orders
Users can now create FLEX orders comprising both FLEX and listed (non-FLEX) option legs, eliminating the need to split such strategies into multiple orders. New functionality was added so users can set American/European exercise style on a per leg basis using the EXPR column.
Listed legs can be added to a FLEX ticket through the existing Add Leg button and selecting a listed expiration, strike, settlement, and exercise style. Users can also drag and drop listed contracts from the option chain.
Blue markers in the LEG column are displayed if a user selects a listed leg. Additionally, the marker shows W , M , or L to denote weekly, monthly, or LEAPS contracts, respectively.
- Option Chain | Implement ITM/OTM Shading Display
When this feature is enabled, in-the-money contracts will appear with lighter background shading across all columns. This visual aid applies consistently regardless of theme or background color, helping users quickly differentiate between in- and out-of-the-money option contracts.
- Multi Order Ticket | Strike Drop-Down Now Displays Strikes Near the Selected Strike When Modifying Existing Leg
The strike drop-down menu now displays strikes closer to the current selection when adjusting a leg, allowing for quicker selection of a higher or lower strike without starting from an in-the-money strike.
- Position Analyzer | Allow Users to Select and Deselect Multiple Positions Before Reloading
Prior to this release, selecting or deselecting a position triggered a reload of the module, introducing a 1–2 second delay before further interaction was possible. With this release, the module no longer reloads on each selection change, enabling faster, uninterrupted interaction with the module.
- Order Confirmation | AWAY Route Usage Provides Additional Context
When using the AWAY route, the order confirmation window includes additional dialogue explaining that this does not represent a live order routed to the market, similar to Legacy.
Silexx now supports interaction with external desktop applications through a desktop API. This enables workflows such as launching the Order Ticket directly from 3rd party applications.
