The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced the imposition of a fine on Streams Financial Services Ltd.
At its meeting held on March 17, 2025, the Board of the regulator decided to impose an administrative fine of €7,000 on Streams Financial Services Ltd for violation of article 54(1) of the Regulation (ΕU) 2019/2033 concerning the prudential requirements of investment firms, as specified further in articles 1(1)(a) and (2)(1)(a) of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2284.
The company did not submit to CySEC the quarterly report for 30 September 2024 by close of business of the remittance date, November 11, 2024.
According to CySEC’s website, Streams Financial Services operates via the approved domain www.liquiprime.com.
