The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to withdraw the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) license of Stockstech Investments Ltd.

The decision, which was announced by the regulator today, was made at a CySEC meeting held on April 8, 2024. It was made pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.

CySEC notes the company’s decision to expressly renounce its authorization.

According to CySEC’s website, Stockstech Investments Limited operates via the following approved domains: www.stocks.com and www.stockstech.com.

Also today, CySEC withdrew the CIF license of AAA Trade. That regulatory action reflected the firm’s decision to renounce its authorisation.
