The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a warning to the public against dealing with nine unauthorized entities.
The firms in question operate via the following web addresses:
- surgirux.pro
- nasanetac.com
- a-eternitycapital.ltd
- rohkatech.com
- asteo-group.com
- elegantopex.com
- ewripro.com
- haystdq.com
- eldenstrade.com
CySEC notes that the above-mentioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
The regulator advises investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to ascertain the entities, which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
In the end of March, CySEC issued a warning to the public against dealing with 13 unauthorized investment firms.
