The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced the withdrawal of the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) license of Leverate Financial Services Ltd.
The decision for the license withdrawal was made at the CySEC meeting held on December 4, 2023. The move is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
The withdrawal is due to the company’s decision to expressly renounce its authorization as CIF.
Leverate has held a Cyprus investment firm (CIF) license since December 2011.
