Elon Muskâs SpaceX has filed to change the location of its business incorporation from Delaware to Texas.
In a filing Wednesday, the Texas secretary of stateâs office certified SpaceXâs application for conversion. SpaceX has extensive operations in Texas, including a launch facility.
