The Mumbai-based investment banking firm announced on Thursday the appointment of Sahil Shah as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and new Fund Manager of Equirus Long Horizon Fund (ELHF).
Shah served as a fund manager at Edelweiss Small Cap Fund, overseeing assets under management (AUM) of INR 3,300 crores. He also co-managed the Midcap and Multicap funds at Edelweiss.
He has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, is a CFA (ICFAI) holder, and has an extensive background that includes roles both on the sell-side as an analyst and on the buy-side managing mutual funds and PMS.
