FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Zuzana Hashemi has left her position as Managing Director of London/Dubai based Retail FX and CFDs broker BP Prime.
BP Prime is operated by FCA regulated Black Pearl Securities Limited, and focuses on HNW and professional clients. Ms. Hashemi, who is based in Dubai, also stepped off the board of directors of Black Pearl Securities. BP Prime / Black Pearl Securities brought in Revenues of £2.3 million in FY2023, turning a profit of £431K. The company is controlled by Vladimir Gesperik, a Slovak entrepreneur now resident in the UAE.
Zuzana Hashemi joined BP Prime in 2021. She has also held senior compliance roles at Bolder Group, CySEC licensed broker Goldenburg Group, Gulf Brokers DMCC, Capedis DMCC, and BITmarkets.
