FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that London based online brokerage CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) has hired Chris Cheverall as Managing Director – Head of Prime Services.
Chris Cheverall joins CMC Markets from Malaysia based financial services firm Maybank, where he served as Head of Institutional Prime Sales (Europe) for Maybank out of London. Chris previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Religare Capital Markets, as well as at Tradition and at IFX Markets, where he was Head of CFDs Sales and Trading.
Last year much of CMC Markets’ institutional and prime services business, under the CMC Connect brand, was relocated from London to Dubai, led by CMC’s Group Head of Institutional, Richard Elston.
