FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that experienced compliance executive Dianah Njeri Igati has joined Retail FX and CFDs broker Pepperstone, as Regional Head of Compliance (ASIC, DFSA, SCB, FSC).
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Dianah will oversee the regional Regulatory Compliance and AML/CFT Risk Compliance function for Pepperstone covering the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA UAE), Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) and the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius), which offer oversight on the company’s OTC Derivatives offerings in the Australia, Asia-Pacific, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Middle East, LATAM, UAE and Bahamas regions.
Dianah Njeri Igati joins Pepperstone from Scope Markets, where she spent the past five years as General Counsel, Chief Compliance & MLRO for Scope Markets Kenya. She had also previously worked for Equiti Group’s EGM Securities unit, and for Kenya’s Capital Markets Authority.
