FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that leading Australia based Retail FX and CFDs broker IC Markets has filled a hole in its senior management ranks, hiring longtime Credit Agricole executive Ben Singleton as the company’s new General Manager. He will be based at company headquarters in Sydney for his new role.

IC Markets’ previous General Manager – and effective “#2” to IC Markets founder, controlling shareholder and longtime CEO Andrew Budzinski – was Andrew Taylor, who left the company in 2022 to join ACY Securities, as was also reported at the time exclusively here at FNG. He later moved to offshore broker Scope Prime as APAC head.

Ben Singleton spent 17 years with France based international banking group Credit Agricole, serving as Executive Director in Singapore and Head of G10 FX Trading – Asia, before leaving in 2023. He has also previously worked in the APAC region for Bank of America, and for Commonwealth Bank.
