FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime IG Group (LON:IGG) executive Kevin Algeo has left the company.
Kevin Algeo had been with IG for more then 10 years, joining in 2013 as Managing Director – South Africa. In 2017 he moved to Melbourne to serve as Deputy CEO – IG Australia & New Zealand, soon after promoted to CEO of the operation. In 2018 he added the responsibility of CEO APAC and Africa for IG, responsible for the Group’s strategy in APAC and Africa which includes the oversight of the offices located in the region.
We had reported exclusively last month that IG Australia’s Commercial Director Matt Davidson was named CEO at IG Australia.
London based IG Group, one of the world’s largest online brokers, recently named former WorldRemit and Paddy Power Betfair CEO Breon Corcoran as CEO of the company.
