FNG Exclusive Interview… Following our recent report that leading trading technology provider Leverate had unveiled a new management platform for brokers and prop firms called TextPilot – which has generated a lot of interest for its customization and personalization capabilities – we thought it would be a good time to catch up with Leverate CEO Ran Strauss about TextPilot, what’s going on in general in the online brokerage sector, and what’s ahead.


FNG: Hi Ran, and thanks for joining us today. Our recent article that Leverate had launched a new management platform for brokers and prop firms called TextPilot got a lot of interest. What led you to launch TextPilot?

Ran: The idea behind launching TextPilot stemmed from our desire to offer better personalization for brokers and prop firms. In today’s market, differentiation is key for brokers, allowing them to stand out and truly cater to the unique needs of their traders. TextPilot empowers brokers to implement their DNA directly into the product, giving them full control over how every element appears—from the names of challenges to pop-up content and call-to-action buttons.

As a leading company in the industry, we have a responsibility to show that brokers don’t need to develop their own technology to succeed. At the same time, we believe in giving them the freedom to customize every element in the system to suit their specific needs. This level of customization allows brokers to provide a tailored experience that speaks directly to their audience, aligning the platform with their own brand identity and values.

It’s all about creating an environment where traders feel a genuine connection with the platform—something that’s fully personalized and reflective of their broker’s unique approach. This is how TextPilot becomes a powerful tool for differentiation, enabling brokers to not only adapt but thrive in an increasingly competitive space.

FNG: How does TextPilot differ from other broker management platforms? What are its major selling points for brokers?

Ran: TextPilot stands out from other broker management platforms due to its comprehensive approach to customization across multiple aspects of a broker’s ecosystem. While we’re not the only platform offering customization for text and images, very few—if any—turnkey providers offer full customization across the entire range: CRM, client zone, trading platform, and prop trading tools.

Many brokers who mix and match products from different providers often find themselves facing limitations when it comes to creating a seamless, fully customized user experience. They may be able to personalize parts of the process but not the entire client journey. With TextPilot, we provide a single tool that allows brokers to create translations and make changes across their client zone, prop trading, and brokerage environments—all in one place.

This integrated solution ensures brokers can deliver a consistent, branded experience, enhancing engagement and setting themselves apart from the competition.

FNG: Can you give us a real-world example or two of how TextPilot features have been put into practice by brokers?

Ran: For the past couple of months, we’ve been testing TextPilot in-house with some of our clients, and the feedback has been fantastic. Our clients are really seeing the value that this level of customization can bring to their operations. With the mid-October release, we’re excited to roll it out to our wider audience.

To give you a concrete example, one of our brokers used TextPilot to add support for a completely new language—a less common one that we didn’t originally support. The broker wanted to make their platform accessible to this specific audience, and with the help of our AI-powered translation tools, they were able to easily translate the entire platform and make necessary adjustments—all in under an hour.

Another client wanted to add an image to the platform and change the colors of a few buttons. Before TextPilot, this would have required us to release a new version of the product, but now, these changes are configurable on the client side. This capability demonstrates just how powerful and user-friendly TextPilot is, enabling brokers to expand their reach and personalize the trader experience with minimal effort.

FNG: From your perspective as a leading tech provider to brokers and prop firms, what do you see that brokers do well, and do not so well. How does Leverate try to solve some of these issues for brokers and prop firms?

Ran: From our perspective, our CFD brokerage clients typically come to us well-prepared on the business side. They understand their market and strategy, so our role is to provide technology, customer support, and ensure 100% stability of our infrastructure.

For our prop firm clients, the situation is different. Many have strong trading experience but need more support on the business side, which usually requires deeper assistance and support from us.

Over the past several months, our client base has grown rapidly and continues to expand at a remarkable pace, reflecting the maturity of the industry in adopting technology solutions. However, launching a brokerage is about more than just technology—it’s also about creating value for clients and driving revenue. We often see brokers making good technology decisions but lacking focus on growing their business.

After 15+ years in the industry, it’s clear that running a brokerage requires an integrated approach involving sales, marketing, and supporting technology. That’s what we strive to provide—tailored solutions to help brokers thrive, whether they are established CFD businesses or new prop firms in need of more guidance.

FNG: What else can we expect to hear from Leverate in the coming months?

Ran: In the coming months, we at Leverate have some exciting updates that I’m eager to share.

For our prop trading platform, we’re focusing on enhancing trader engagement with new gamified features. This includes the Challenge Keeper, Payout Certificates, Traders Leaderboard, and expanded marketing automation capabilities—all aimed at creating a more dynamic and interactive experience for traders.

We’re also advancing our AI capabilities. Our GPT-powered SEO Agent will assist brokers in content creation, while our customer support automation and automatic success bot will make client support more efficient and impactful.

On the CFD side, we plan to launch a groundbreaking new CFD platform with a UX that is at the forefront of the industry. This platform will include new cutting-edge features and set a new standard for the trading experience. Additionally, we’re rolling out an integration with a leading charting and analysis platform, providing traders with even more valuable tools and insights.

These innovations are all part of our commitment to helping brokers and prop firms grow, better engage their traders, and carve out a distinct competitive edge in the market.
