FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that a new offshore Retail FX and CFDs broker is getting set to launch operations, under the name ConnextFX (at website connextfx.com).
ConnextFX is headed by CEO Simon Andras (pictured above). A native of Hungary, Simon has spent the past 10 years working (mainly) in Cyprus for a number of brokers including IronFX, FXPrimus, and Blackwell Global. Most recently, Simon was Head of the Sales and Partnership teams at Tickmill in Cyprus.
ConnextFX is operating as a Seychelles domiciled entity. The broker will apparently initially focus on the LATAM and Far East markets. ConnextFX has also brought on board former FxPro Business Development Manager for LATAM, Juan Pablo Maccise, as Regional Manager LATAM. The company has also hired former FairMarkets executive Man Nghi Huynh, as Global Marketing Manager.
