FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that London and Australia based regtech company TRAction Fintech, which specializes in trade reporting solutions, has hired experienced FX industry executive Melina Theodorou as the company’s new Legal and Group Operations Executive.
In her new role, Melina will be responsible for developing legal agreements, monitoring regulatory updates and corporate policies, as well as providing support to clients. She also assists the broader TRAction team with human resources and general operations. Melina will be based out of TRAction’s Cyprus office.
Prior to joining TRAction, Melina Theodorou served as Executive Director for CySEC licensed Exelcius Prime Ltd, operator of the 1Market online brokerage brand in Europe, for the past three years. Previously she had spent seven years with Retail FX and CFDs broker UFX, as Head of Legal and Compliance for UFX operator Reliantco Investments Ltd. Melina holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Birmingham City University.
