FOREX.com Japan, the Japanese retail FX subsidiary of StoneX Group, today confirmed issues experienced by some of its clients.
The broker said that some traders are experiencing problems when connecting to their accounts. The company is investigating the cause of the problems.
FOREX.com issued the following notice:
“Regarding connection status of trading accounts
Currently, some customers are experiencing difficulties connecting to their trading accounts.
We are currently investigating the cause and will contact you as soon as we know.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience”.
