US-based General Atlantic and Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) are likely to sell shares worth Rs 830 crore in the housing finance firm PNB Housing Finance through open market transactions on Thursday, according to the term sheet issued by the bankers.

These two funds propose to sell 1.08 crore shares, or 4.16% of the total equity, according to the term sheet.

General Atlantic is expected to sell shares worth Rs 420 crore, while Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) will sell shares worth Rs 410 crore.

BNP Paribas and UBS Securities are the bankers for the deal.

Last month, US-based General Atlantic and Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) divested a 4.46 per cent stake for Rs 843 crore through open market transactions.
