Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 5: Holani Venture Capital Fund, a ₹300 crore fund targeting the SME sector, has achieved a significant milestone by raising ₹184 crores just a month after its launch. Launched on April 27, 2024, in Jaipur, this fund is promoted by the esteemed Holani Group, a well-known name in the investment world.

The Holani Group ventured into fund management and investment after receiving approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for registering its Alternate Investment Fund on April 3, 2024.

This regulatory green light enabled the group to commence operations as an equity fund house and attract investor funds into the vibrant Indian equity markets. Additionally, the fund includes a greenshoe option to retain an additional ₹100 crores, highlighting investor confidence and potential for further growth.
