Electronic trading major IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) has announced the results of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today.
All the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed. A poll was conducted on each resolution proposed at the Meeting.
The resolutions included, inter alia, approval of the directors’ remuneration report, declaration of a final dividend, re-election of Mike McTighe, Jonathan Moulds, Rakesh Bhasin, Andrew Didham, Wu Gang, Sally-Ann Hibberd, Susan Skerritt, and Helen Stevenson.
The election of Breon Corcoran was approved too, as 99.99% of the votes were cast in favor of the resolution.
As at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 16 September 2024, the time by which shareholders who wanted to vote at the AGM must have been entered on the Company’s register of members, there were 361,557,868 shares in issue. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share.
