Leading UK based online brokerage IG Group (LON:IGG) has announced the appointment of David Perry as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective 10 October.
David brings extensive CTO experience across the fintech and consumer-digital sectors. He joins IG from Vemi Money, where he has served as Group CTO since 2023. Previously, he founded Ziglu, a digital currency platform, and has held roles at a range of organisations from start-ups to major enterprises, including Starling Bank, BP and Barclays.
IG Group recently became the first UK-listed business to join the FCA’s cryptoasset register.
