Light Microfinance, a non-banking finance company, has appointed Pratik Soyantar as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
Soyantar brings with him 17 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR transformation & strategy and other key functions of human resources across banking, fintech and consumer durable sectors.
Prior to joining Light, Soyantar was associated with SMEcorner, a leading fintech firm in Mumbai, as the Head of Human Resources. Before that, he was National Head – Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He has also worked at YES Bank, HDFC Bank, Videocon Industries and Eureka Forbes. He started his career at CMS Computers as HR Executive in 2005.
Soyantar holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.
