Prop trading firm software and technology solutions provider Axcera has announced that the company has hired Dmytro Nikandrov as Vice President of Engineering.
In his new role, Dmytro will lead Axcera’s engineering division, overseeing software architecture, development, and innovation across the company’s core systems. He will play a key role in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and performance of Axcera’s technology infrastructure that powers trading operations globally.
With over two decades of experience in software engineering and leadership, Dmytro Nikandrov has built and managed cross-functional teams across regions, delivering complex, high-scale solutions. Prior to joining Axcera, he held senior engineering positions at Samsung, Huawei, VEON, and VeryGoodSecurity.
Dmytro is also the founder of Letiko, a software company that created systems for enterprise clients, including the New York Stock Exchange and Vurb, a startup later acquired by Snapchat in a multi-million-dollar transaction. His career reflects a consistent focus on innovation, system reliability, and scalable technology architectures.
