Multi-asset investment specialist Saxo Bank continues to enhance the renewal module in SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC).

The renewal module in SPC serves as a partner-oriented window into its renewal’s operations, and it is continuously being improved to meet partners’ needs.

Recently introduced improvements include:

  1. Client risk score. With this measure, partners gain transparency into the renewal cycles and an understanding of why Saxo’s requirements sometimes differ between clients.
  2. Renewal type. The renewal type defines not only the questions asked,but also the deadline for responding. It is a key identifier to understand why renewals are initiated.
  3. Previous renewal date. Time-triggered renewals are based on the latest renewal date and the risk score, both of which are now available in SPC.
  4. Extended look-forward. SPC has been enhanced with extended look-forward of renewals due for the next 360d, enabling more efficient management of capacity and end-clients.
  5. ZIP file upload. To reduce reliance on emails and facilitate easier document sharing, SPC has been enhanced to accept ZIP files for renewals, onboarding, and cases.
