As of this year, SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC) will be rolled out to all partners of multi-asset investment specialist Saxo Bank, and Webconnect will be retired.
To help you with this transition, Saxo invites you to familiarise yourself with the platform by logging into SPC with your Webconnect credentials (all users already have at least basic access). You can also use this manual.
SPC has a built-in Case management tool which can be used to raise cases towards Saxo, and this feature will replace P-codes. Case management helps users raise cases seamlessly, and users will get an overview of all cases initiated by themselves and their colleagues.
Access: You can grant your users access to Case management using SaxoTools; please refer to the manual “Access administration User guide” in SaxoTools for further information on how to configure user roles for SPC.
Saxo will soon release a new margin monitor, which will show your clients that are subject to margin re-ratings or margin changes, as well as the impact it may have on their margin utilisation. This tool will replace the service emails you may get from your account manager on a weekly basis, and it will allow you to monitor the potential risk of upcoming changes and proactively contact impacted clients.
