State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced a new special fixed deposit (FD) known as SBI Amrit Vrishti, offering higher interest rates for a limited time. Note that these FD interest rates are for amounts below Rs 3 crore.
SBI Amrit Vrishti – 444 days
SBI offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% for general citizens on newly launched SBI Amrit Vrishti on 444 days tenure and 7.75% for senior citizens on the same tenure. Punjab National Bank (PNB) offers the highest interest rate of 7.30% for general citizens and 7.80% for senior citizens on 400 days tenure.Canara Bank offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% for general citizens and 7.75% for senior citizens on 444 days tenure.
Union Bank of India offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% for general citizens and 7.75% for senior citizens on 399 days tenure.
Bank of Baroda
Bank of Baroda offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% for general citizens and 7.75% for senior citizens on 399 Days (bob Monsoon Dhamaka Deposit Scheme).
Punjab & Sindh Bank
Punjab & Sindh Bank offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% for general citizens and 7.75% for senior citizens on 444 days tenure. This FD is valid up to September 30, 2024.Karur Vysya Bank offers the highest interest rate of 7.50% for general citizens and 8% for senior citizens on 444 days tenure.
