Scope Prime, the offshore CFDs brokerage arm of Rostro Financial Group which focuses on providing institutional liquidity, has announced the appointment of Dhruv Behl as Institutional Business Development Manager, APAC. Dhruv will be based in Sydney, with a remit that includes new business development as well as managing existing client relationships in the APAC region.
Dhruv Bell joins Scope Prime after spending the past two years with Australia based institutional broker 26 Degrees (formerly Invast Global), before leaving the company late last year. He had also previously worked at Akuna Capital, and at Service Stream.

In joining Scope Prime, Dhruv’s hiring is the latest in a series of moves to grow the reach of the business in terms of both products and geographies. Other recent high-profile appointments have included Andrew Taylor joining as Head of Scope Prime APAC, and Debbie Georgiou as Institutional Business Development Manager.
