Standard Chartered Capital, a non-banking finance company, on Wednesday announced the appointment of Nirmal Kishore as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Kishore comes with over 24 years of experience in various functions such as secured, unsecured, digital and risk in the Banking and NBFC space, according to a statement.
In his previous stint with Aditya Birla Finance, Kishore was heading the retail lending division. He was instrumental in successfully setting up the retail function and building a sustainable, profitable, and scalable business.
Kishore has also earlier worked with organisations like GE and Standard Chartered Bank.
