Poland based Retail FX and CFDs broker XTB SA (WSE:XTB) has announced that its longtime Management Board member and Head of Risk Management, Andrzej Przybylsk, will be resigning his role at the company, effective July 1, 2025.
Andrzej Przybylsk has served as XTB’s Head of Risk Management since 2014, and has served as a member of its Management Board since 2019. Holding a securities broker license since 1995, Andrzej Przybylsk also previously worked at DDM SA, CBM WBK SA, Dom Maklerski BMT SA, CDM Pekao SA, UniCredit CAIB Poland SA, ING TFI SA and ING Investment Management (Polska) SA, and PGE Dom Maklerski SA.
XTB has not yet named a replacement for Mr. Przybylsk on its Management Board.
